About Ewa Stykowska

Ewa Stykowska, a Polish-qualified legal advisor in PSE S.A. in charge of legal aspects of HVDC projects (Harmony Link, SwePol Link Interconnector, North-South Bridge (700 km HVDC interconnection)). Previously, she worked as a legal advisor in PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. being responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts as well as day-to-day legal advice within the whole capital group of PGE EC. For 13 years she worked in British law firm - CMS (Transaction Department and later on Energy Projects Department). Her experience in the field of heavy industry mainly includes drafting and negotiating complex long-term contracts. Nowadays, she specialises primarly in HVDC projects in energy sector, in charge of all legal aspects of such projects. Her day to day tasks focus on negotiating contracts, being also responsible for procurement procedures and implemantation phase of each awarded contract. In the past she concentrated on issues related to company law and day-to-day corporate advice. Ewa also specializes in preparing and negotiating share purchase agreements, including those pertaining to wind farm projects. She has taken part in many due diligence investigations and preparation of documentation related to public offerings of Polish and international issuers.
