Greeting; • I have Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in Fit Out and construction works, with companies specialist in qualitative and big projects (villas, companies, factories, towers, roads) Including excavation, mobilization, and structure works, in addition to cladding, interior/exterior fit-out, finishing and furniture works. • I've worked as a supervisor before I graduated, then as a Site Civil Engineer and Project Manager. • Proven skills in effectively supervising, managing site works, leadership and negotiation skills and deliver on time with the best cost and quality. Responsibilities and tasks I've done: • Discussing architectural modifications with the architect and project manager • Supervise, review, monitor and report on progress. • Ensure the site safety practices • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports Familiarity with conditions of contract, quality assurance • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills • Ensure the quality in the installation of MEP systems and match the structural and architect drawings with MEP Engineers • Involving in the review of submitted shop drawings with MEP drawings Check the material submittals against specifications • Attending monthly meetings with Consultants, Main and sub-contractors • Researching and providing estimates for projects • Help project manager in determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule • Prepares material/equipment specifications and purchase requisitions, reviews supplier data, assists with assessing supplier manufacturing capabilities • check the material submittals against specifications • Coordinate the investigation, resolution and documentation of Quality cases in a timely and technically acceptable fashion I'm self driven, self motivated, self disciplined,decision maker,team player, pro-active, collaborative and organized, Also I have interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, analytical skills,Adaptability, Customer service, Leadership, Planning, Reporting skills, communication skills, problem solving, work under pressure, Fast learning and the most important one is eager to learn.
