If you need to define and develop a new application for iOS or Mac, port your software to those platforms or maintain and further develop an existing app — I'm the man for the job. My experience developing software for Apple's platform extends over 30 years. I started out in 1993, developing software with Think Pascal, and later on moved to C and then to C++, where I've developed a Mac File-Viewer utility called RealView, sold as Shareware over the then-nascent internet. I followed this with a utility allowing editing Visual-Hebrew web pages (the standard those days); This utility was licensed to Adobe's software distributor in Israel, which included it as a Hebrew-writing solution with Adobe GoLive (under the moniker "Go Hebrew"). Go Hebrew led me straight to Grenoble, France, where I worked (1998-2002) at Winsoft on porting Adobe products to work properly with Hebrew, Arabic and other languages. Some of the products I worked on were Adobe Photoshop ME, Acrobat ME and Indesign ME. When Apple released Mac OS X, in the early I jumped on this opportunity and started developing (in Objective-C) a word processor for Mac OS X called "Mellel." At first, Mellel's main selling point was its excellent Hebrew support (and later Arabic and other RTL languages) but it soon became apparent that many of the people who've purchased Mellel are not interested in Hebrew or Arabic at all: they were attracted to Mellel because it was a powerful and reliable tool with a feature-set that was especially suited for academics, scholars and professional writers. They simply liked features like strong support for footnotes, bibliography and a clean and consistent style-system. I continue to develop and support Mellel, and alongside that working as a contractor with various companies and startups, porting libraries from Windows, and developing Mac and iOS apps. Architecting, defining, and implementing applications allowed me to amass a lot of experience and thorough understanding in designing and thinking about a product, and how to take it from the more-or-less initial idea all the way to a finished product, including all the stops on the way.
