With over 20 years of solid experience in visual, team management, and UX best practices, I am a user experience lead at Marine, a company that enhances situational awareness of crews onboard. I have a B.Des in Graphic Design Communication Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and a Managers Development Program from Lotem.My core competencies include human factors engineering, user experience UX/UI, UX strategy and management, UX for C4I systems, homeland security complex systems, and armored corps augmented projects. I have a domain expertise in UX design for B2B SaaS complex systems, especially in the fields of defense, security, and maritime. I am passionate about ensuring that extremely complex products are simple to use, and I strive to balance the needs and wants of different stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines and incorporating user research feedback. I believe in clear communication and collaboration among team members, and I aim to empower and facilitate the growth of both personal and product demands.
