Background
About Eyalla Acha
I am a Maintenance Project Manager at the United States Air Force, where I apply my MS Azure expertise and project/product management skills to support and manage system maintenance operations for 30 next-generation aircraft systems and technologies. I have a BA in Entrepreneurship from American Military University and an AS in Aeronautics from Community College of the Airforce, as well as certifications in MS Azure, AZ 104 and AZ 900. In my current role, I lead a 15-person cross-functional team on specialized tech projects/IT integrations, enabling system upgrades and platform security. I also conduct advanced troubleshooting and technical solutions on multi-million-dollar DoD systems and infrastructure, process over 40 work orders/troubleshooting tickets daily, and document technical solutions using computerized maintenance management system (MMS). I am passionate about product management and support, system analysis, and product strategy, and I collaborate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
