About Eylem Caner

For me, life is passion. Even though what we are passionate about can change, the sense of having a passion for something never does, and that sense is what I follow. I have 3 passions in life: Development, Film and Sports. I love the the medium of the moving image and the creative boundaries it pushes, I love the team building and physical and psychological development aspects of sports (focused on Triathlon at the moment), and I enjoy the chance of helping others and being a small part of them bettering themselves. Any work that helps me combine some parts of these is an environment I would like to be in and feel comfortable in. I have created my own curriculum and delivered classes in film making, wrote an online book for film making and created an Online platform with over 6800 followers on the medium of film and how to analyse and film them. I have also been working as a Trainer at Apple for 9+ years. Team building wise, I have coached 3 teams in 2 countries, and also co-coached the The Turkish Ultimate Frisbee National team for the 2013 European Beach Championships. And also personally coached many players throughout the years both at frisbee and running. Over the years I have worked on countless short movies, music and promotional videos and also worked with some production companies to gain experience in the industry. I have worked with different types of equipment from old broadcast cameras to the new era HDSLR's and have extensive experience in editing. Programs I am effective with: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Motion and entry level knowledge of Apple Logic Pro. Efficient at iWork and Office platforms.
