About Eyna Ramos

I have been in the call center industry for more than 15 yrs. I started as a Customer Service Specialist and worked on taking calls from customers located in the US. I answer customers' product issues, technical issues, and complaints. I have several awards for providing an excellent customer experience. I have been an email specialist for the same company since 2014. I was awarded as a "customer-obsessed" specialist because of my great email responses to customers' concerns. I can multitask, which is why I was also awarded as most productive. I have also worked as a Service Professional for the same company. I have handled calls from Financial Advisors and bankers who are handling brokerage accounts. Currently, I am a team leader and a chat support specialist. As a team leader, I assist the manager in facilitating team huddles and training, checking the team's performance, and quality monitoring. As part of the chat support, I assist professionals with their product knowledge questions via chat. I am also currently working part-time as an ESL tutor. I teach English to Japanese students. I am a very hard-working person and can work under minimal supervision. I am willing to be trained and want to be the best in everything I do.
