I have had and continue to have a successful and lucrative career in helping lead teams and create a unified culture. Many of the situations I managed included challenges like start ups and operations that were struggling and not meeting the expectations or keeping with the market competitors. I strive to exceed industry standards and goals, but also motivate others to realize their full potential. In media, my relationships are some of the best in the business – both with major advertisers (agency and direct clients) and with some of the most talented players in the broadcast field. Through Creative Resources, I am a trained ‘Facilitator in the Art of Brainstorming’ and have used that skill with many Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola and Capital One and other clients (like the DC Lottery) to help them with new custom strategies to achieve their goals.
