About Ezozi Soba

I hold a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, with a professional career that has evolved towards two of my greatest passions: marketing and university teaching. My journey has been a unique combination of technical disciplines, strategic creativity, and human interaction, allowing me to grow both as a professional and as an educator. Currently, I work as a university lecturer, where I have the opportunity to share knowledge while continuously learning from my students. Teaching has further developed my interpersonal skills, and I deeply enjoy the exchange of ideas, as I strongly believe in mutual learning. Engaging with people has been a constant throughout my personal and professional life, and teaching provides the perfect platform to cultivate these relationships. In addition to my teaching role, I have taken on the exciting challenge of coordinating the digitalization and management model at the university. This project allows me to combine my engineering background, which gives me a structured and analytical approach, with my marketing experience, focusing on improving the experience for both staff and students.
