As a member of MNP’s Consulting division, Ezy supports the delivery of management solutions to private, public, and Indigenous clients across diverse sectors through the Economic Development and Public Safety Consulting Practices, where he brings a structured, analytical approach to helping solve organizational and community challenges. Some career highlights include: • Supporting the delivery of policing needs assessments for municipalities, regions, and First Nations across Canada, with a focus on 3 core pillars: Governance, Finance, and Operations. • Developing business plans and feasibility studies across various sectors, including hospitality, emergency services, agriculture, commercial real estate, pharmaceuticals, property management, professional services, and retail, helping clients secure ~$35M in debt financing. • Supporting pro-forma validation for a ~$50M apartment rental development to assess investment feasibility and projected ROI. • Assisting with the management of a ~$4.5M federal project, coordinating with cross-provincial stakeholders and delivering accurate, timely reporting to the Government of Canada. • Co-founding and consulting for a First Nations digital marketing agency that supports Indigenous organizations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs across the country.
