About Faaz Arain

I don’t chase sales, I cultivate growth. I plant ideas, nurture relationships, and tend every strategy with care, because the small details always matter. It’s not about shortcuts or quick wins, it’s about designing systems that last, building teams that thrive, and creating growth that compounds over time.Over 19 years, I’ve moved from the BPO floor to finance, and from there into software sales. Each step taught me patience, precision, and the value of thinking long-term. I’ve learned that sustainable results come not from chasing, but from planning, observing, and executing thoughtfully.Today, as Head of Business Development at Aciano Technologies, I focus on cultivating ecosystems, not pipelines. I blend strategy with action, ethics with ambition, and discipline with creativity, ensuring every detail contributes to lasting impact.Growth isn’t a sprint. It’s a garden. And I tend it carefully.
