About Fab Dalfonso

My experience in real estate started in 1985 in residential property. In the past thirty seven years, I have worked with residential developments, commercial and industrial properties. I have a broad client base of government agencies and corporate, private and institutional clients both locally and internationally, building a reputation as a trusted advisor and the Land Expert of South & Western Sydney. I am currently a National Director with the Sydney West team of Cushman & Wakefield where I thrive on being part of larger scale industrial transactions and the challenge of solving more complex property requirements. Through my time in real estate I have gained experience dealing with government bodies, contractors, buyers and tenants, and have worked with developers from the planning process through to marketing to an end product. This diverse experience along with my natural problem solving ability and tenacity allows me to tackle whatever requirements my clients have, sometimes pre-empting future needs and complications they are not yet even aware of. My collaboration and strong relationships across the business also allows me to offer dedicated experts for my clients every property need. With a strong ability to read the market backing on from my extensive deal experience and knowledge of the property cycle, I work hard to deliver the best results for my clients. In my career I have completed hundreds of deals transacting over $1 Billion worth of industrial property, and have been recognised many times in multiple property and agency awards.
