Consultant in Project Management and PMO Manager: Extensive experience in project management consulting, with a focus on Project Management Offices (PMOs). I have worked on various projects and have developed skills in project planning, execution, and control. Project Management Instructor: I have shared my experience and knowledge as an instructor in the field of project management, contributing to the education of future professionals in this discipline. Co-author of the book "Female Leadership: Inspiring, Empowering, and Breaking Barriers": I participated in the creation of a book that addresses the topic of female leadership, inspiring and empowering women and breaking barriers in the workplace and society. Vice President of the PMI Montevideo Chapter: I held a leadership position in the PMI Montevideo Chapter, which entails a commitment to promoting and advancing project management in the country and the region. Mentor in PMP Drive by PMI Latam: I participated as a mentor in PMP Drive, a program by PMI Latam that supports professionals in preparing for and obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
