Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about knowing your values, staying true to them, and inspiring others to achieve great things. My journey began in coatings technology, where I built a strong technical foundation during my apprenticeship. But mastering a field takes time and commitment—it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Determined to grow, I took a bold step: I paused full-time work, left my hometown, and became a state-certified coatings technician. With newfound knowledge, I took another leap—moving abroad to Italy. Immersing myself in a new culture and diverse work environment challenged my perspectives and strengthened my adaptability. Now, as a specialist in a global R&D team, I guide technicians in developing and refining advanced railway coatings. But I didn’t just want to grow within my field—I wanted to expand beyond it. In 2024, I took on a new challenge: pursuing an MBA while working full-time. With a highly technical background, this shift is pushing me to master strategy, leadership, and business acumen—fueling my passion for lifelong learning. I believe in active listening, problem-solving, and challenging the status quo. To drive projects forward, I take initiative, foster collaboration, and bring fresh perspectives to complex challenges. As I continue my journey, I’m excited to explore opportunities where I can bridge technical expertise with business strategy to drive innovation. Let’s connect and build something great together.
