About Fabian Roa

We live in a world full of challenges, hard to predict and where the sustainability of the natural resources is critical for the maintenance of our production systems. In this new era, creativity and innovation, the adaptability and flexibility, as well as the agile integration of new technologies are essential to sustain business competitiveness. As a professional I have cultivated the rigor of the technical skills in the execution of research projects, through the optimization of productive processes, development, and monitoring of KPI's and OKR's, scientific-technical studies, management of technologies in the processing of data such as R, as well as the development of the soft skills to build team environments where the motivation, psychological security, trust, meeting goals and personal development are important. As a professor of project formulation and evaluation, I am constantly motivating to the students to seek new and innovative ways of managing projects, always focused on generating high valued and transcendent ideas, through agile development tools. Working as a team is my passion, even more so in multicultural environments, where resilience, empathy, respect, and effective communication are key tools that I use to integrate myself quickly and contribute positively.
