For the past 16 years I have worked in the field of microbiology in universities, research institutes and industry across Europe and Asia. During this period I have earned a PhD in microbiology and gained valuable expertise in cellular and molecular biology. I have experience in microbial genetic, RNA-seq, amplicon sequencing and metagenomics. My deep understanding on sample preparation is coupled to as strong experience with data analysis of large dataset, from gene expression to microbiota composition. I'm accustomed to produce gene inactivation cassette, GFP chimera, plasmid and transgenic organisms. I have displayed rigor and efficiency in the design and realisation of my various projects.Used to working in a team, I was able to successfully supervise students and technicians to jointly achieve the completion of our objectives. I have set up study papers, grant applications, research assessments as well as established and coordinated projects with hospitals and international universities.
