About Fabien Douet

As a Global Critical Suppliers Specialist, I focus on performance management and process optimization while building strong business relationships. I collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and address performance issues, all while maintaining data quality and compliance. I design and maintain reporting suites that align with business needs, facilitate crisis management discussions, and ensure data consistency across sites. With strong communication and data visualization skills, I support informed decision-making at all levels. Additionally, I'm learning to conduct Full Supply Chain Audits and Capacity audits as an auditor for the SDPM team, adapting to various engagements. I hold a master's degree in Supply Chain from ESCE International Business School, where I wrote a dissertation on the causes and consequences of the electronic chip shortage for the automotive and computer sectors, and proposed recommendations to mitigate the risk of disruption. I also have a bachelor's degree in Management from MBway and a certification in IATA Cargo and Dangerous Goods Regulations. I am fluent in English, and French, and have a keen interest in green and digital purchasing and supply chain management.
