About Fabienne Philippot

With over 23 years of experience at Capgemini, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and employee share ownership plan (ESOP) management. As the Group ESG Lead, I am dedicated to fostering sustainable practices and creating value through a comprehensive approach to ESG. I oversee the implementation and reporting of Capgemini global ESG agenda, aligned with our ESG policy, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement. I had also managed the ESOP project, which aims to increase the participation of employees through equity-based incentives and benefits. Leverage my skills in project management, shareholder relations, communication, and collaboration to drive positive change and create value for Capgemini and its employees. I am motivated by the vision of building a more sustainable, responsible, and inclusive business and society.
