Currently VP of Growth at a US-based AgTech company, I lead geographic expansion and government relations across West Africa. My career spans strategic and operational leadership roles, with a clear focus on scaling business models in complex, competitive and regulated markets. At Castel Group, I led structural sales and distribution transformation plans in DRC and Côte d’Ivoire, working across large field teams and commercial networks. As General Manager of Baobab+ in Mali, I launched and scaled a new business unit offering off-grid energy solutions through a tech-enabled, pay-as-you-go model. I bring strong experience in go-to-market strategy, cross-functional leadership, full P&L ownership, and execution. I’ve led market expansion projects, implemented operational improvements, and driven digital innovation, notably through mobile money and agent-based distribution models. My background ensures a deeply data-driven and customer-centric vision in market development. Currently pursuing TRIUM Global Executive MBA (LSE, NYU Stern, HEC Paris), I’m strengthening my ability to lead in today’s fast-changing environment, shaped by new technologies, financial disruption, and geopolitical shifts.
