About Fabiha Adiba

I’ve always had a slightly obsessive personality, which has led me to develop some pretty unexpected expertise. That’s how I ended up learning to operate industrial plastic recycling machinery to better manage my first project at Enactus uOttawa, or reading through the riveting PCMLTFA when I started working in financial compliance for the government. While it makes for a slightly unconventional resume, it’s also shown that I’m a fast learner, adaptable, a proactive leader, and endlessly committed to whatever I take on. My experience spans government, startups, and private enterprises, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in technical innovation, project management, financial analysis, and ESG monitoring. I love bridging the gap between technical innovation and business strategy using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Agile frameworks to turn complex data into actionable insights. Across every role, I’ve learned how to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, evaluate project risks, and design solutions that are both sustainable and practical no matter the industry.
