Solid multi-year experience in Operations, Key Account Management and Sales, Program and Project Management, Change Management and Supply Chain management. Main current responsibilities: As solid report to the Dana Graziano Rivoli plant manager I am responsible for Manufacturing, Logistic (supply chain management, production planning, warehouse and inventory management), Maintenance and Time and Method departments. Main past responsibilities: accountable for all the Key account, Sales and program management activities for the projects under my responsibility, leading complex projects with national and international Customers, internal and external Suppliers, from the business acquisition, through development, launching and series phase, up to the end of production. Main contact point for the Customer and for my Company (One Face to the Customer approach). My professional experience is completed by economical and technical skills, additionally to soft skills such as a high orientation to results, collaboration, strong team management, attitude to problem solving, initiative spirit, decision-making autonomy and flexibility.
