More than 29 years of experience in multinational and national companies in the onshore and offshore oil and gas, saturation and air diving, mining, steel, chemical, petrochemical, food, pulp and paper, metallurgical and projects with large experience in the areas of operations, maintenance, planning, production, supply chain, purchasing and Engineering and in the management of industrial constructions. I am a mechanical engineer, MBA in business administration and business management by FGV, post graduate in subsea engineer by UCP-IPETEC; mechanical technician; aviation technician; Abendi licensed SNQC 19437 in subsea inspection of thickness measurement ultrasonic(SM-ME-N2-ROV); eletrochemical potential for corrosion(SM-PE-N2-ROV) and subsea visual inspection(SM-EV-N2-ROV); Subsea Inspector Abendi Level 3 (ongoing), international supply chain certification, TPM instructor, Instructor of several courses in technical schools (Senai-Firjan and others), fluent english; national and international experiences as employee and entrepreneur. I have extensive experience in the planning and execution of general maintenance shutdowns and dry docks, operational support for diving and support vessels, increased maintenance reliability, reengineering of production lines; installation and revitalization of equipment; implementation of six sigma projects and stabilization of industrial processes; application of lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement in equipment and processes; preparation and training in operating and maintenance procedures. I have successfully applied management and administration methods to multidisciplinary teams for high performance through group and individual goals by function. Large experience in strategic management of maintenance and production assets with monitoring of overall costs and equipment, implementation of performance indicators resulting in excellent gains.
