About Fabio Iachetti

I am a MD with over 20 years in Medical Affairs, clinical trials, and Medical-Marketing across APAC, EMEA, and the Nordics. I specialize in 10+ therapeutic areas including cardio-renal-metabolic, dermatology and rheumatology, where I’ve led product launches, medical communication and KOL management. I have a passion for combining medical expertise with IT skills. I’ve implemented digital health solutions, such telemedicine platforms, to boost engagement and compliance in clinical trials and patient education. I have managed over 50 clinical trials (both industry-sponsored and IITs) and provided medical support for 20+ product launches, including those in China, reaching millions of healthcare professionals (HCPs). Additionally, I have designed and executed 45+ scientific symposia at major international congresses and corporate training events, enhancing brand visibility and scientific data dissemination. One of my key achievements is supporting the creation and development of the "Allergen Encyclopedia", the first comprehensive web-based resource for allergens and components, featured by the World Allergy Organization (WAO).
