About Fabio Palma

Global Manager with a professional path mainly matured within the creative & cultural sector, always at global level, taking on increasing responsibilities and new challenges. My choices and career have consistently been molded by unwavering personal values centered on fostering a positive impact, with a particular focus on sustainability and innovation. I have largely consolidated a proven experience in designing, developing, managing and operating all the phases of complex and multi-stakeholder business and programmes— hiring, leading and guiding cross-functional and multicultural teams. I have mainly undertaken this journey at WWF – the World Wide Fund for Nature and within the network of the IED – Istituto Europeo di Design - where I began as a teacher at IED Barcelona and progressed up to the position of CEO of IED Brazil, a breath-taking country where I lived for ten years. I came back to Europe in early 2020 with the position of Global Partnerships Manager for the wider IED Network. Moreover, I have been advisor, consultant and external expert for global companies, international NGOs and public institutions, such as the Carrot Collective in Singapore and the Rio de Janeiro City Council.
