With my experience in product management and many years of experience in the financial industry, I am passionate about developing sustainable investment strategies. As Head of ESG Strategy & Business Development at Zürcher Kantonalbank, I lead the implementation of our sustainability strategy across all asset classes under the brand “Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank". In this role, I am responsible for developing and implementing a coherent sustainability framework that is aligned with our clients' financial and ESG objectives.As a problem solver and team player, I am comfortable in a collaborative environment and work closely with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of our sustainability strategies. Translating complex concepts into actionable plans that enable clients to make informed investment decisions that align with their values is something I enjoy.Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in preparing raw sustainability data into investable information, such as Smart ESG Scores, Gender Equality Scores, and Environmental Impact Indicators.Prior to joining Zürcher Kantonalbank, I spent over a decade at RobecoSAM, where I held various leadership positions. As Head of Strategic Product Management and Head of Products & Engineering, I led the development and launch of sustainability and impact investment strategies as well as sustainability indices in collaboration with S&P Dow Jones. I also integrated sustainability research into investment products and developed customized solutions for institutional clients to help them achieve their financial and sustainability goals.
