Hello, I'm Fabio Ramos, and my professional journey has been shaped by strategic transitions and a continuous drive to create value through strong, long-term relationships. I began my career in consulting, working at Deloitte (Big Four) on Strategy & Operations projects and ERP/CRM system implementations. This period was essential in building a solid foundation in solving complex problems, developing analytical thinking, and delivering results — always with a client-focused, consultative approach. Later, I transitioned to the Energy sector, where I took on leadership roles in quality management and process improvement. During my time at CCEE (Electric Energy Trading Chamber), I led the company’s ISO 9001 certification project, driving initiatives related to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This experience in a highly regulated sector, dealing with large-scale financial operations, was key to broadening my business perspective and laid the groundwork for my transition into the financial market. Today, I’m a Partner, Investment Advisor, and Head of Fixed Income (domestic and international) at SARON Investimentos, a firm affiliated with XP. I bring a consultative approach to investment, focused on building trust, strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
