Since January 1, 2025, I have been leading the Technology and Platforms department at Municipia SPA, with the responsibility of managing the technologies within the company, defining technology strategies, driving technological innovation, and implementing technological solutions. Specifically, I lead three company structures: the first, Infrastructures, manages the infrastructures, primarily on AWS cloud, used to deliver the company’s products; the second, Proprietary Asset Evolution, is responsible for the evolution of Municipia's assets according to a cloud-native paradigm and the optimization of processes through the use of artificial intelligence; finally, the third structure, Shared Platform, manages all the assets that are transversal to the different vertical products. Throughout 2024, I was responsible for the Application Modernization Factory Centro department, where I managed the human and financial resources. The factory consisted of Java and.Net professionals and handled the portfolio offering of Engineering SpA. Application Modernization, established at the end of the year 2023, has been a new departement inside Digital Technology division. The Business Line was focused on design, development and deploy of custom software with the objective of enhance functionalities, re-platform/re-write applications on cloud native/microservice patterns, integrate applications with cloud solutions, moving towards serverless solutions, adopt continuous delivery/continuous integrations delivery approaches, integrate devops practices into software delivery, adopt agile delivery methods. In the previous years I have been the Director of Architectures & Advisory Delivery Center 2, responsible for the software factory of Rome, at Engineering Software Laboratorie division. The objectives of the division were to design, develop and deploy ICT solution, mainly cloud and web based, both for private and public organizations. I have over 25 years of experience in leading teams and projects and delivering innovative solutions and cutting-edge products and services. I have proven track experience in implementing IT transformations and large consolidation programs in particular for the Central Public Administration. Throughout my career I have managed large teams. I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners and enabling my team to achieve excellence and innovation. In the early 2010s I actively collaborated in the establishment of the IT department of the near-shore legal entity in Belgrade.
