Reporting directly to the COO, I ensure project alignment with operational goals, while working closely with R&D, team leaders, and technical staff to solve engineering challenges within budget and time constraints. My background in mechatronic systems allows me to bridge technical and managerial perspectives, facilitate effective decision-making, and contribute to optimized solutions across product development cycles. I also manage project documentation and customer-facing deliverables through structured workflows, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency throughout all phases. In parallel, I’m actively involved in defining internal workflows and operational responsibilities across departments. These improvements have eliminated grey areas in the product development process, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and significantly increased overall efficiency.
