About Fabio Trotti

Technical Project Manager with pluriannual experience gained at several leading multinational companies in the Telecommunications Industry. I have been responsible in various sectors of the implementation of radio networks, ranging from design and optimization, technical planning, introduction of new products, with relevant laboratory acceptance and interoperability tests and roll-out in live networks. I’m well experienced in implementing and improving processes for the introduction of new HW and SW in the networks, minimizing the outage times. Throughout my career I have also organized and run technical training to the customers and internal teams. I have the Technical Project Manager certification issued by Alcatel-Lucent in 2012. Result-oriented, with disposition for problem solving and due attention to customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work in multicultural teams and with different international clients, either remotely or on site; having a lot of fun, working hard, with the team mates every time when facing challenges with positive, energy and persevering attitude. I'm now looking for a new challenge, in either a permanent or interim role, where I can add value to the business.
