High interest in the growth of my technical expertise by active application on learning- Use of analysis, wisdom, experience and logical approach to making good decisions within tight deadlines and effectively solve critical problems, proper use of all inputs to implement action plans shared by the organization - Ability to build cohesive teams within the organization, the ability to share successes and achievement of results so that all team members are rewarded; ability to assume leadership positions although not hierarchically institutionalized - Ability to have an easy and accommodating approach to the counterparty; to build strong and effective relationships, using diplomacy and tact to resolve critical situations, to behave with style and "charm" to defuse any hostility of others These skills were developed during the experiences spent into the companies below mentioned.
