About Fabio Vecchi

I am the manager of a team of 20+ people, with 15 years of experience in Scuderia Ferrari’s operations. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to take on roles of increasing responsibility in this demanding and innovative environment. I started as a designer, then became a project leader in R&D, and currently, I am responsible for the modeling department in the aerodynamics division. During my journey, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning have been key factors in achieving the goals assigned to me. An example of this is the program I activated in my current role to collect and implement ideas. This initiative has already generated over a thousand proposals, which are proving essential in reducing production lead time and improving the quality of our products. In the coming years, I am determined to continue learning and taking on greater responsibilities. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, cooking, traveling, and I am also an avid reader of personal growth books.
