About Fabiola Mora

I am an innovative leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting organizational change through equity-centered practices. My higher education experiences span academic and student affairs and have provided me with increased responsibilities in leading large-scale strategic planning processes; building DEI infrastructure; administrative and fiscal leadership; teaching and facilitation; and conducting extensive research and assessment. I have demonstrated success leveraging data and assessment insights to measure impact and inform strategies that advance an organization's mission and needs. Additionally, I have secured millions in grant funds dedicated to equity issues and have served as a consultant for various industries. Currently, I am responsible for supporting divisions and colleges across campus in establishing DEI strategic priorities, and creating action and assessment plans to measure impact and evaluate progress to ensure that the organization's mission, vision, and values are being upheld and advanced.
