About Fabrice Bourat

Promoting change of consumer habits in home comfort, cleaning and cooking has been a constant throughout my career. I have honed my intercultural awareness and acquired new skills by living and working in 4 countries within mostly privately owned premium household home appliances and cookware brands. I spearheaded the international expansion of brands by building teams, opening up markets by winning and developing new distributors and key accounts most often in an uphill battle in established markets. Building new business, promoting and driving change, achieving turnaround and profitable growth by turning customers and users from skeptics to promoters has been a backbone of my successes. Key challenges that have kept me motivated over the last 20 years include business development, disrupting the status quo, turning around sales organisations and generating profitable growth with full P&L responsibility.
