About Fabrice Comlan

Fabrice is a seasoned management consulting leader with deep expertise from strategy to execution. He has spent his career helping multilateral and bilateral organizations, as well as governments, bridge the gap between ambition and impact—designing and scaling initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across Africa. At Delivery Associates (DA), Fabrice co-leads the firm’s efforts to improve public service delivery in Africa. He partners with governments, philanthropies, and multilateral and bilateral organizations to drive sustainable change in line with Africa’s ambitions. Before joining Delivery Associates, Fabrice was a consulting partner at PwC Francophone Africa, where he led and grew the firm’s consulting practice across the region’s 10 offices. With deep international and regional expertise, Fabrice advised local governments on the design and implementation of national development plans, and supported other clients on expansion projects in Africa. He also led PwC Francophone Africa’s Public Sector and International Donors (IDO) practice. Fabrice held leadership positions at Deloitte, including Managing Partner in Benin, and Advisory Services Leader in Benin, Togo, and Niger. He served as Partner in Charge of the Human Capital Advisory practice for Deloitte Francophone Africa. Fabrice began his consulting career at Accenture in Toronto, Canada, within the Talent & Organization practice, where he helped organizations design and build structures to support their strategic goals. He has lived and worked in Canada, Morocco, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Togo, and Benin.
