With over 25 years of work experience in the IT field, I have successfully managed and delivered various projects and services for different organizations and customers. As a Project Manager at eu-LISA, I was responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of IT systems for the European Union's border and security agencies. I applied my Prince2 certification and domain expertise in IT Operations to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with the EU regulations and policies. Previously, as a System Engineer at Atos International, I provided technical support and solutions for complex IT infrastructure and applications, working with different teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and sectors. I also have two years of experience as a Service Operations Manager at EUROCONTROL, where I maintained the IT platform operation, reported on the service performance, and communicated with the customer on the incident and change management processes. My core competencies include IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Management, IT Operations, Project Management, and Communication.
