About Fabricio Simao

With a strong background in preclinical drug development and toxicology, I bring experience across pharmacology, biotechnology, CROs, and academia. I specialize in designing and directing both GLP and non-GLP studies, ensuring rigorous risk assessment and de-risking strategies for drug development, oligonucleotides and small molecules. Known for my collaborative approach, excellent communication, and organizational skills, I serve as a key personal across multidisciplinary teams, including chemistry, DMPK, regulatory and discovery programs. I lead preclinical efforts at Quiver, overseeing PK/PD, in vivo and in vitro pharmacology, toxicology and iPSC studies. My responsibilities include study design, CRO, data analysis, and preparing critical documentation, all aimed at driving successful drug development programs.
