Deep knowledge of IFRS and Italian accounting standards, reporting procedures and consolidation techniques (both for actual and forecast data), corporate affairs. Expertise in starts-up, design and improvement of financial and accounting procedures and systems, as well as due diligence, M&A, listing processes. Tasks performed allowed a significant practice in human resources management, including recruiting, training, change management, assessment and people development. Several engagements in companies’ boards, among which- non executive director in EsseDiEsse Società di Servizi S.p.A.(2006-present) and Telepass Pay (2016-present), previously in Tangenziale di Napoli S.p.A.(2008-2016), Autostrade Participations S.A.(2005-2011), TowerCo S.p.A.(2009-2011) and Ente bilaterale società autostradali (2012-2017)- statutory auditor in FASIDI (Atlantia health fund)(2014-present), previously in C.A.P.I.D.I.(Atlantia pension fund)(2011-2013)- chairman of “Organismo di Vigilanza” (Supervisory board) in EsseDiEsse Società di Servizi S.p.A.(2006-2008) and member of “Organismo di Vigilanza” (Supervisory board) in Telepass S.p.A.(2008-2016).
