About Fabrizio Dallari

I have been teaching logistics and supply chain management in university classes and business courses for more than 25 years. My research focus is on both physical distribution (such as warehousing optimization, transportation management and facility location) and supply chain planning & organization (such as demand forecasting, sales & operations planning, inventory management and control). I cooperated with many companies ranging from international manufacturers and many national companies, leaders in their respective fields. I also deals with the Italian Government in terms of policies for Italian logistics and transportation development, among the authors of the last Italian Logistics Masterplan. I designed several training courses, master programs and logistics workshop, one of which recently was appointed as the best training program by Assologistica. I have published over 250 papers in leading academic journals, conferences and I wrote 10 books. I am currently the scientific editor of "Logistica Magazine" For my work on academic research and managerial training in 2010 and 2018 I received the “Logistics of the year” award.
