About Fabrizio Dian

I am a manager in Communications & High Tech Industry with more than11 years experience on BSS & OSS Transformation projects, enterprise architecture and offering development. I am a key member of the EAI, Order Management and IT architecture teams, involved in each phase of international IT implementations, from the initial analysis and effort estimations to the final delivery of the projects. I dealt with different life-cycle methodologies where I developed strong project management skills (including change enablement). I got ITIL Foundation, Togaf 9 Foundation and Accenture Agile certifications. I successfully managed solution delivery in an international environment with diverse workforces (ATS, Indian Delivery Center) and in different abroad projects (Switzerland, Finland, Norway, CZ Republic, UK, USA). I have been involved in several RFPs (Request fro Proposal) for solution shaping and estimate; I have been also responsible for PoC (Proof of Concept) and demo planning and execution in order to catch new potential clients.
