I currently work at ING Bank as program coordinator in the regulatory line, previously I’ve been working as project manager in PwC Advisory in the Financial Services business line. My professional skills range from Project Manager activities in charge in complex environment clients, mapping of business processes and procedures, risk analysis and assessment including the plan of remediation and support for the compliance to new regulations both internal and external. My professional career allowed me to gain a significant managerial experience, being involved in complex projects including the management of human resources, the knowledge of specific regulations and the coordination of joint working groups with different cultures and skills. My colleagues and customers credit me with good analytical and synthesis skills, problem solving capabilities, team working and effective relationship skills, following the forecasted project schedule. A good knowledge of English has allowed me to manage international projects with professionalism and efficiency.
