As an Officer Development Program at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, I am learning the skills and knowledge to become a professional banker and contribute to the financial inclusion and development of Indonesia. I have a Bachelor of Agriculture degree from Universitas Brawijaya, where I studied plant pest and disease, and gained multiple certifications in pesticide application and Microsoft desktop applications. I have over two years of experience as a Service Supervisor at Rentokil Initial, where I managed a team of service technicians and ensured the quality and safety of pest control services for various clients. I also have experience as a Laboratory Assistant of Sustainable Agriculture at Universitas Brawijaya, where I taught how to sustain in agriculture system from plant protection aspect. I have skills in plant protection, agriculture, and Microsoft Word, and I am passionate about improving the livelihoods and well-being of farmers and rural communities. I am a reliable, adaptable, and collaborative team player, and I strive to deliver excellent results and customer satisfaction.
