With over four years of experience in People Analytics, I am passionate about using data to understand and improve the human side of organizations. As a People Analytics Senior Manager at Medallia, I collect, clean, and analyze data related to employee and candidate outcomes, experiences, and representation. My core competencies include data analysis & visualization, recruiting and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). I use data to extract insights related to fairness, inclusion, and diversity, and to help tell the impact story of DEIB initiatives and programs. I also visualize data in a compelling way to bring our insights and impact story to life, and to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. My mission is to leverage data to enhance human potential and inclusion at Medallia and beyond.
