About Fadi Alsarhan

My main research areas include international HRM, cross-cultural management, managerial and business realities in the MENA region. My current research focuses on the study of contextual influences and culture on International HRM and business practices, more specifically the dynamics and impact of informal networks on managerial and business practices within a large international context. I have contributed a number of chapters and conceptual entries to team-authored academic works, also published papers on HRM, informal networks, and wasta in international academic journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Management and Organization Review, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Manpower, Employee relations, Thunderbird International Business Review; the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management.
