Graduated with a master's degree in pharmacology and toxicology, I have 5 years working experience in preclinical pharmacolgy and toxicology. In vivo and in vitro laboratory skills - small rodent handling - small rodent PO and IP dosing - blood sample collection, tissues and organs collection (brain/liver/kidneys/adipose and muscle tissue) in small rodents - regular care, maintenance and dosing Zebrafish larvae - perform biochemical assay (ex : ELISA)- prepare cell culture and microbiological culture - decontaminate equipment and materials Non practical skills - perform all regulatory responsibilities in compliance with specifications and applicable regulatory standards (GLP, 3Rs principles)- contribute in training two internship students - perform statistical analyzes of data (student t-test, ANOVA.)- perform regular presentation of results in lab and department meetings - possess strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills - possess very good communication (oral and written) and attention to detail - able to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
