About Fadilah Baharin
I was at the helm of the Department of Standards Malaysia (Standards Malaysia) from 2006 until February 2020. Standards Malaysia was a government agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). My early retirement from the Government of Malaysia at the age of 58 has allowed me to finish my inaugural book "Championing Standards of Excellence" and published it in October 2020 (see the video link for more info https://youtu.be/a9Ld0CvkZfg). In summary, the book reveals that "It is not often one finds a complex topic like standards and quality narrated in a way that is simple, compelling and anecdotal. Fadilah takes us on a journey of a different kind.
