As a System and Software Tester with over three years of professional experience in the IT industry and six years in academia, I bring a diverse skill set that bridges technology and education. Currently serving as a Systemtester at Siemens Mobility in Vienna and continuing my role as an Arabic Language Lecturer at the University of Vienna, I am dedicated to excellence in both technical and educational domains. My professional journey includes valuable experience as a Software Tester at BOC Group, where I honed my quality assurance expertise. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Software Design and Engineering at FH Campus Wien, building upon my Master's degree in The Arab World and Bachelor's in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Vienna. This solid foundation is augmented by professional certifications in ISTQB (testing), IREB (Requirement Engineering), Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and Scrum. In the dynamic landscape of IT, I thrive by applying Agile methodologies and programming in Python, C#, and Java. My proficiency extends to a variety of testing tools, ensuring quality and efficiency in software development processes. Beyond my technical work, I'm also the author of 'Lehrbuch des Irakisch-Arabischen,' a textbook for teaching Iraqi dialect, reflecting my commitment to education and cross-cultural communication.
