About Fady Mohareb
I lead a group of an entirely computer-based team of four bioinformaticians, 6 PhD students, and ~20 MSc students. My research mainly focuses on genomics, transcriptomics and genetics. My group has also established a strong track-record in machine learning and pattern recognition, through the development of predictive classification and regression models based on biological indices from high throughput data. I am also leading the NGS and 3GS bioinformatics work at Cranfield University.
