With over 15 years of experience in quality management and assurance in the food manufacturing and personal care industries, I am a proven leader who delivers results and value for my clients and stakeholders. I hold IQS and HACCP certifications, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in GMP, QMS, food safety, and quality auditing. As the Quality Manager at PLZ Corp, I lead the quality across the board for the entire plant, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements, enhancing and facilitating quality systems, and measuring and improving organizational processes. I have successfully implemented a quality document control system with automation, reduced the overhead count by improving staff productivity and department restructuring, and collaborated with interagency production and R&D teams. My mission is to drive quality excellence and innovation and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
