Running a care service is no small thing. The regulatory pressure, recruitment headaches, the never-ending juggle of people, paperwork, and priorities. I work with care businesses to raise standards, bring in brilliant leaders, and take away some of that pressure. Sometimes it’s a mock inspection with honest, practical feedback. Sometimes it’s quality and compliance consultancy, or recruitment for a Registered Manager who’s going to stick. Other times it’s interim leadership to keep things moving or manage change. What matters isn’t just ticking boxes, it’s building services where people feel safe, staff feel supported, and leaders feel proud of the work they’re doing. That’s what “quality” really looks like.
