Fahd Bennani is a Retail and business development strategy expert, holding an MBA HEC CPA from Toulouse Business School.=> A Career Focused on Transformation and Growth In 2006, he joined Tman Group as Managing Director of IWACO, where he implemented a disruptive strategy. Under his leadership, IWACO became a key player in mobile and telecom distribution in Morocco, reshaping the market by placing direct retail sales at the core of its business model. His ability to drive structural projects and accelerate growth led to his appointment as CEO of Tmandis in 2015. There, he spearheaded a deep transformation, establishing strong and transparent governance and launching strategic initiatives in Supply Chain, IT, and Digital, including the creation of the group’s first Digital Factory. Building on this experience, he was appointed as CEO of Cosmos Electro in 2020, with a mission to accelerate the company’s growth momentum.=> A European Mission: Restructuring and Expansion In June 2022, Fahd Bennani took over as CEO of the European subsidiaries DAMANE Europe and Établissements Bidault.
